On arrival at each day of the event, each attendee is provided with a full printed schedule of their meetings, detailing the time, company, personnel and location of the meeting. The advanced software ensures that there are no meeting clashes and that each attendee gets an opportunity to network with the people they most want to meet. Depending upon your venue you can set the system to provide your VIP delegates to preferential, nearby, or even 'fixed', locations so that they do not have to move around to attend their meetings - others will be scheduled to come to them!

For those last minute changes, the system does accommodate late amendments. These can be made up until a pre-determined time the evening before the following meeting day and is normally a minimum of 8 hours prior to the time of the printing of the attendees schedules.
